Membership/Donations

Please join the Liberty High PTSA!  Your membership dues support the running of the PTSA and programs, including funding for the PTSA newsletters, parent education, awards, and the phone directory. 

What’s it Cost?
PTSA Membership Dues are $26 for Dual Family Membership, $16 for Single Family Membership, and $10 for Friends of Liberty or Teachers.

Be An Advocate for Education By Joining
By doing nothing more than becoming a member, you join the thousand of voices in Washington that are advocating for improvements in our State’s education system and the many parents working to improve education for kids in the Issaquah School District and at Liberty.  Numbers do count and our goal is to have one adult member representing every student at Liberty!

Student Directory/Liberty “L” Window Cling
Every PTSA family member receives a complimentary Student Directory, one per membership. Student Directories are put together by the PTSA and are available only to PTSA members and are delivered in the Fall.  Each family member will also receive a special window cling of the Liberty “L” to show your school spirit throughout the community.


Cash for Kids

Each year, we ask every family to do a direct donation to help support the larger programs we sponsor and our enrichment grants.  As a 501(c)(3) organization, donations to PTSA are tax deductible.  This year, we would like to raise about $17,000 in Cash for Kids, United Way, and matching donations which will mainly support our enrichment grants which grant money to staff for such things as science equipment, drama clinics, instruments, and reading books.   To do this, we are suggesting a donation of $40 per family.   We know funds are tight this year for many of our families so we hope others can help even more.  We can’t do it without you!

Some of the things that we funded last year include:

--The Car Crash Simulation by Eastside Fire and Rescue to educate students about the dangers of drinking and driving.

--Scholarships for students to participate in the Physics field trip

--Student Literary Magazine

--Shakespeare workshops for all 9th grade English classes

--Square Dancing for 9th grade PE classes

--Scholarships for AP testing and summer school.

--Support for student needs through supplies available at the school and funds to cover such things as class fees, ASB cards, etc.

Please help us be able to continue to meet the needs of all our students through our programs.

This year, there are two ways to pay to join PTSA and/or make a donation - either by mail or on-line.  

By Mail:  Click the following link to download a PDF of the Membership/Cash for Kids donation form, fill it out and deliver the form and your check to Liberty High School or mail it into the PTSA at the address on the form.

On-line:  Now you can join the Liberty High PTSA and make a donation with a quick and easy payment online. Using the PayPal service you can pay with a credit card or your checking account. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.   It’s easy - try it!  Use the scroll down menus below to select the appropriate options.  Need to purchase more than one membership?  You can adjust the quantity in your cart.   Don’t see the amount you want to donate?  Combine donation amounts or use the mail-in option to donate at any level.
